A retelling of the fairy tale of the Frog Princess, this elaborate production tells of a father with three sons, the eldest of whom have recently chosen their brides. The youngest, however, has brought home a frog he has met in the forest, much to his family`s chagrin. Soon, however, they learn that the frog is really the lovely and noble Vassilisa, who has been put under a curse by the evil Gornych the Serpent when she angered his by refusing his marriage proposal. This is a charming tale about the power of love told through stunning visuals and costumes, chock full of monsters, witches, and even a three-headed dragon.
