Simon Yam plays yet another psychotic physician, and does so with considerable elan and abandon, in this FRANKENSTEIN cum RE-ANIMATOR horror yarn. Yam stars as Fong, a mad doctor who has invented a serum that turns ordinary people into superhumans. However, his experiment soon goes awry, as his superhumans begins terrorizing the general public. Soon, a police inspector named Chan has caught on to Fong, though Chan doesn`t realize that Fong has targeted him as his next guinea pig.
