This SAKURA WARS feature length film finds the Imperial Flower Combat Troupe falling on hard times. Though Tokyo is once again under siege by vicious demons, the Douglas-Stewart Company has produced a new breed of fighting mecha that is purported to make the Flower Division obsolete. Placed on indefinite standby status, the girls quickly become frustrated.
