Ming Ming is a young mentally challenged woman who has just been admitted to an assisted living facility. Ming Ming finds out--when she wears red--that the killer and Chan, the head doctor in her facility, is one and the same! Director Billy Tang (D IS FOR DEMONS) is known as one of the more extreme practitioners of Hong Kong cinema, an RED TO KILL is no exception.
