He wants to resurrect seven legendary samurai, but in order to do this he needs seven young virgins to sacrifice. Our one-eyed hero is a legendary samurai named Jubei Yagyu who knows that a reward far greater than fame or fortune awaits him if he saves the seven virgins from death.
