Bob (David Paymer) is fed up with his job, and so steals a valuable computer program which he plans to sell on the black market for as much cash as possible. Before he can score, though, a young drifter (Casper Van Dien) steals the program to make some money himself. The only problem is, he doesn`t know what it does or who would want it, so he has to partner up with Bob so that they can split the cash and go their separate ways.
