In a futuristic multi-planetary government, Eclair and Lumiere serve as the first line of defense against criminal activity. The Galactic Organizations of Trade and Tariffs (G.O.T.T.) formed to provide structure in dealing with economic matters between planets. The ES Force exists to enforce the laws of the G.O.T.T., and Eclair and Lumiere work hard to bring justice to the society, but Eclair begins to question the motives of G.O.T.T. Because she holds such a revered position in the ES Force, Eclair cannot die, but she must find a way to resolve her suspicions about her organization, as well as her mysterious past. In this edition, Eclair and Lumiere find themselves in an underworld race to claim technology that could destroy planets! Upon their arrival at the Rosenfelt Financial Group, the duo believe they have a simple assignment to guard Timothy Constance, who will assume power of the organization. Soon, however, they realize that trouble is on its way, as the criminal element comes out in full force to be the first to find the awesome technology!
