The third film in this popular, six-part Japanese film series (which was actually banned in Japan to discourage illegal street racing), sees former Megalopolis Express Freeway record holder Kyosuke on a professional racing team and retired from street racing. He is haunted by the terrible accident he endured a few years prior. But when his old rival, Yusuke, dies on the freeway while racing a mysterious Toyota Supra, Kyosuke decides to hit the streets one last time.
