This romp takes audiences back to the 1960s, when the jazz scene was still in full swing. Burt (David Ian) whiles away his days playing trumpet in an uninspired easy listening orchestra, but what he really wants to do is play bebop in a smoky jazz club. Disgruntled in marriage, Burt`s life is seemingly resurrected when the bouncy, flute-playing Linda (Traci Crouch) shows up and teaches him a thing or two about how to turn his life around from the inside out.
